Your data is encrypted 'at-rest' in the AWS cloud, and is stored in the eu-north-1 region (Stockholm).
If we find a use case for generative AI which is GENUINELY useful for you in OtterAgain, you will be asked for consent before LLM/generative AI training of any sort takes place on your data.
Traditional CRM systems synch with phones and email accounts. However, sales teams are usually somewhat locked down in what channels they use with clients and customers. Since this is a more personal tool, you are likely talking to contacts across different social networks and messaging apps. So — for now — OtterAgain focuses on making it as quick and easy as possible to log interactions manually.
We're going web first to figure out what the demand is and how people will use it, apps later. The OtterAgain webapp is designed to be mobile-friendly, though!
